On iOS, the app is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which applies unless we replace it with our own — we have not: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .
What the app and its subscription cover — what you get, eligibility, cancellation and refunds — is described in our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms. The standard Apple EULA above governs your licence to use the software; the Terms govern the service you are buying.
Grif is not a medical device. Its targets, programme, meal plan, the AI coach's messages, a transcribed lab value and the medication tracker are general information and a reference for your own decisions — never a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription or advice about a medicine. See Terms of Service, section 2.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the store's own subscription settings: on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; on Google Play, before the end of the current period. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Deleting your Grif account does not cancel a store subscription; see Delete account.
